Dan Acquafredda

Dan is currently Vice President, Business Development at Fuzebox, Inc. Prior to Fuzebox, Dan was Vice President, Business Development at Vidyo, Inc. Dan brings extensive experience in working with early stage companies to develop and build partnerships and trusted customer relationships. Dan also has deep industry knowledge with over twenty years of technical and sales expertise in the telecom industry.

Rob Adler

Rob is a seasoned, hands-on entrepreneurial leader with a track record of success. Most recently he was the President and CEO of WordStream. In 2006 he co-founded go2 Media where he served as the company's CEO from its start until August 2008. go2 is a leading mobile media company that provides users valuable and compelling information fine tuned for their mobile device. Previously, Rob co-founded CCBN and served as its President from the company's inception in 1997 until its sale to Thomson Financial in March 2004. CCBN was a pioneer in enabling direct communications between public companies and the investment community over the Internet. Rob's first entrepreneurial venture, DigiTrace Care Services, Inc., (today known as SleepMed) is the leading provider of outpatient EEG and sleep disorder monitoring services in the country. The company today treats tens of thousands of patients annually and its patented technology is a standard in the medical community. Rob graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University, where he earned the distinction of being a Baker Scholar. Rob is currently an Adjunct Professor in the Arthur M. Blank Center for Entrepreneurship at Babson College.

George Cooney

George is currently a Venture Partner at Summerhill Venture Partners. Prior to Summerhill, George was the co-founder of InfoClarus, a venture backed enterprise mobile platform company. Previously, he held several senior executive positions at Nortel Networks spanning a 20 year career with multi-disciplinary roles in business strategy, channel development, product marketing, new business development, operations and finance. In his most recent position at Nortel, he served as Senior Vice President responsible for Nortel’s Corporate Development and Ventures group from 1997 to 2001, where he oversaw Nortel’s direct investments and acquisition strategies with emerging technology companies and strategic partnerships with venture capital funds. In a prior role George led Nortel’s strategic international development, acquisition and alliance activities based in the UK, during a period of rapid global expansion into new markets that saw the realization of Nortel’s international revenues grow from $300 million to $5 billion. George began his career at Telenet (acquired by GTE), the pioneer in packet switching networks.

Throughout his 30 year career, George established a record for entrepreneurial initiatives realizing growth opportunities through strategic vision and hands-on business building experience.

George holds a B.S. in Economics and Political Science from The American University.

Chuck Digate

Chuck is currently the General Partner of Neptune Wind LLC. Chuck has deep expertise in enterprise software. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of pubic and private, venture-backed technology companies such as Skitster, Convoq, MathSoft, and Beyond, Inc. Chuck has also served as an investor and Board member for a number of successful venture-backed technology start-ups including Covergence and Insightful. Chuck was a Fellow at the New England Clean Energy Council and is a graduate of MIT and the University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross School of Business.


Steven Fink

Steven began his career in the conferencing industry in 1989 by opening the New York office of ConferTech International, Inc., a publicly held OEM and bridging service provider based in Denver, CO. In eight years there, he oversaw growth of that business from $3MM to over $60MM in annual sales and participated in the company’s sale initially to Frontier Communications and then subsequently to Global Crossing. During that time he was a pioneer in the development and introduction of conferencing service applications to the Investor Relations/Financial Communications marketplace. As such, he has extensive experience in the coordination of shareholder/media/investment constituent related multimedia communications for publicly held companies and financial services/buy/sell side institutions. Steven founded MessageBank, LLC. to provide such "event" conferencing services in 1998. The company currently coordinates strategic conference calls and webcasts for global, multinational companies, financial PR agencies and a wide array of financial services organizations. Mr. Fink received a bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College in 1988 and received an M.B.A. from Fordham University in 1995.
